Here you will find information to sign up for classes at Katrina's private studio, The Sound Temple, in VN Gaia.

Classes at the Sound Temple are both online on Zoom, and in person simultaneously.

Monthly Rate 1class/week 40€.
-Monthly rate for 1 in person class/week + recordings: 50€
-Monthly rate for 1 yoga class/week + drum circle 53€
-Monthly rate for 2 in person classes/week: 60€.
*Month = beginning to end of each month.

To participate online, send the payment receipt to email@example.com until the 25th of the previous month in order to receive the Zoom links. Be sure to indicate which classes you are paying for and in which format you would like to assist class (online Zoom - in person - video - or pack). Payments accepted up to 24 hrs before class in the case of single classes.

« Classes in person require pre-reservation (limited space).
« Online classes take place on Zoom.
« Recorded classes: Recordings are available for a min. of 2 weeks.
In case you will miss in person class, please advise in advance.
In the case you have registered for in person or Zoom classes and you must miss the class, please be sure to send me an email requesting the recording and I will send it to you within 24 hrs.
Payments are non refundable and non transferrable from one week/month to the next.

We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, taking care & our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during this practice.
Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and check if this practice is suitable for you.
It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances.
The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it'. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives.
Katrina will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in this program. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.
